TireTiger is a mobile tire marketplace product operated by Bucketworks, Inc. ("Bucketworks," "we," "us"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use tiretiger.net and related services.

Information we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone number
• Vehicle and location details needed to quote and fulfill tire service (year/make/model, VIN if provided, ZIP, service address notes)
• Order, payment status, and service history
• For install partners: company info, service areas, capabilities, payout preferences
• Device and usage data typical of web analytics

How we use information

• Provide quotes, process payments, and coordinate installs
• Send transactional SMS and email about your order, appointment, or partner job offers when you have consented
• Improve safety, fraud prevention, and service quality
• Comply with law and enforce our terms

SMS / text messaging and your consent (TCPA)

By submitting your mobile number and accepting the SMS consent checkbox on TireTiger, you give prior express consent to receive recurring automated transactional text messages from TireTiger (operated by Bucketworks, Inc.) about your tire quote, payment, appointment, installer updates, or (for install partners) job offers and dispatch notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan and carrier.

United States: For US mobile numbers, our SMS messages are strictly transactional and are limited to service and account notices described above. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS as part of this program. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help. Reply START to resubscribe.

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be sold or rented. Your mobile opt-in and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties for their own marketing. Phone numbers are disclosed only to messaging providers under contract to deliver messages you requested, and for no other purpose.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate TireTiger (for example payment processors, SMS delivery, hosting, and mobile install partners assigned to fulfill your job). We require them to use data only to perform services for us.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
