These Terms govern your use of TireTiger websites and services operated by Bucketworks, Inc. ("Bucketworks," "we," "us"). By using TireTiger you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

TireTiger helps customers obtain tires and mobile installation as a coordinated service with an installed-at-your-location total when available. Bucketworks may quote, collect payment, source tires, and dispatch independent mobile install partners. Availability, timing, and exact SKUs depend on location, inventory, and partner capacity.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are estimates until payment is completed and the order is confirmed. Prices may change if vehicle fitment, tire availability, or service conditions change. By paying, you authorize charges for the selected package and disclosed add-ons (for example road hazard protection). Refunds and reschedules are handled case by case for inventory, weather, safety, or partner constraints.

Fitment and safety

You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and location information. We verify fitment using available data sources, but you should confirm tire size and condition with the installer on site when asked. Unsafe parking or inaccessible vehicles may delay or cancel service.

Install partners

Mobile installers are independent businesses or crews. They are not employees of Bucketworks unless expressly stated. Partner onboarding, payouts, and job acceptance are governed by partner terms and applicable law.

SMS

If you opt in, you may receive automated transactional texts about your order or partner jobs. Consent is not required to purchase. Details: SMS Messaging Policy.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Bucketworks does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific install times, or particular tire inventory.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bucketworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to TireTiger will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.
